Overview

Dubai International Airport serves over 86 million passengers annually. We designed a proactive travel companion that anticipates traveller needs — from check-in through to boarding — using real-time flight data, airport positioning, and personalised recommendations.

Key Features

  • Real-time flight tracking with push notifications for gate changes

  • Indoor wayfinding across all three terminals

  • Personalised lounge, dining, and retail recommendations based on boarding time

  • Seamless integration with Emirates and flydubai booking systems

Impact

The app launched to over 5 million downloads and maintained a 4.7 App Store rating. It was recognised with a Dubai Smart City award for innovation in passenger experience.
